I'm calling this my "Open Compound" Hook as its curves are much more like and open sweep than my standard compound hook knife. It still has a bit more curve toward the tip than a full open sweep.
The hooks are hand forged from spring steel and feature a distal taper that helps engaging cuts gradually.
